Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This policy explains what Value Garage Private Limited (“MaxiMoney”) collects when you use arbitrage.maximoney.in, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are the Data Fiduciary for this data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
a. Information you give us
- Your name and mobile number
- Your state
- The amount band you want to invest, your tax slab (if you share it), and where the money currently sits
- Your preferred callback window
- Your consent to be contacted
b. Technical information collected automatically when you submit a request
So that our team can serve you better and we can measure which campaigns work, we record non-identifying technical context at the moment of submission:
- Device platform and type (for example iOS or Android, phone or desktop) and, where your browser makes it available, the device model
- Operating system and version, browser and version
- Screen and window size, device pixel ratio, approximate CPU/memory class, network type
- Language, and time zone as reported by your browser
- The page URL, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on
- The values you had set in the calculator when you submitted, so the advisor can pick up where you left off
We do not collect your precise location, we do not read your contacts, photos or files, and we do not place advertising trackers that follow you across unrelated websites.
2. Why we use it
- To call you back about arbitrage funds and related products — the purpose you consented to
- To prepare for that call, so the advisor already knows your slab, amount and timeline
- To measure and improve this marketing experiment — which creatives, devices and states respond
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations as a mutual fund distributor
3. Our lawful basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a request, and for the specified purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time; see section 6.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Our own employees and contracted advisors who make the callback
- Data processors who host our infrastructure, telephony and CRM, under contract and on our instructions
- Regulators, or where the law requires it
If you choose to invest, we will share what is necessary with the relevant asset management company, registrar and transfer agent, and KYC registration agency, with your knowledge.
5. Where it is stored, and for how long
Your personal data is stored on infrastructure located in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep lead data for as long as needed for the purpose and for any period required by law or regulation, and delete or anonymise it after that.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: ask for access to a summary of your personal data and how it is processed; ask us to correct or complete it; ask us to erase it; withdraw your consent; nominate someone to exercise these rights; and raise a grievance. Write to nevaid@maximoney.in, or use our data deletion route. We respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.
7. Calls and WhatsApp
By requesting a callback you agree to be contacted on the number provided, including via WhatsApp, and you accept that this overrides any DNC/NDNC registration for this request. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance; you will be told at the start of the call.
8. Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. Where analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate measurement of how the page performs.
9. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Grievances
