Grievance Redressal
Last updated: 17 August 2026
If something has gone wrong — an unwanted call, a service issue, a data concern, or anything about how you were treated — we want to hear about it directly.
Level 1 — Support
Email nevaid@maximoney.in with what happened and your registered mobile number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 7 working days.
Level 2 — Grievance Officer
If Level 1 has not resolved it, or 7 working days have passed, escalate to our Grievance Officer:
| Name | Suraj Agarwalla |
| Designation | Grievance Officer, Value Garage Private Limited |
| suraj@maximoney.in | |
| Address | Value Garage Private Limited, New Delhi, India |
| Response time | Acknowledgement within 2 working days; resolution ordinarily within 15 working days |
Level 3 — External escalation
- Data protection — if your grievance concerns personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Mutual fund distribution — complaints relating to a mutual fund investment can be raised with the relevant asset management company, with AMFI, or through SEBI’s SCORES platform. MaxiMoney’s AMFI registration number is ARN 364940.
Please note
MaxiMoney is not a lender, an NBFC, or a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Complaints about a lender, bank or asset management company should also be raised with that institution directly and, if unresolved, with its own regulator.
